I’ve worked all over the world. London, Bristol, Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney, Johannesburg, Queenstown & Wellington in New Zealand.
I have spent the majority of my illustrious career in marketing, business development, public relations and customer loyalty. The organisations included British Airways, Emirates, Virgin Australia, The Paua Group (Spa & Beauty), a few travel organisations as well as the NZ Department of Conservation.
I have tackled exciting projects like refurbishing a heritage building n Cape Town and turned it into a boutique hotel called Africa Ming.
I consult in the areas of CRM, loyalty and rewards.
I started this Virtual Assistance venture as I identified while consulting that often, almost always, a person or a business need a safe pair of hands to call on to share the load.
I provide remote support to clients, so they have more time to focus on what they have to prioritise. I can take care of the ‘frogs’ that need to be eaten!
